The menu "Download" of the Wikidata Query Service (WDQS) UI lets users export the results of their queries... apparently, in Windows-1252in an unknown encoding.
This encoding should be, as in all other places, [[ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTF-8 | UTF-8 ]].
