Marking as an epic.
All we need to do this is
- setup a new REST endpoint who's structure mirrors https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/page/summary/Title
but handles wikidata identifiers.
e.g. for French:
https://en.wikidata.org/api/rest_v1/page/summary/Q1/fr
- Once that's setup it's just a case of wiring up page previews to be able to consume it.
