TASK DESCRIPTION

Decide how server side rendering of static HTML for vue components should be done. Some options:

  1. Don't. Use vue only in edit mode. Use the existing templating mechanism to render the static view.
  2. Use (write?!) a PHP implementation of vue's template syntax.
  3. Call vue.js via the V8 plugin for PHP.
  4. Call vue.js via HTTP (directly, or via RESTbase)
