CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
Currently, in a web browser with _javascript_ disabled or not available:
* the UI at https://query.wikidata.org does not load, and queries cannot be entered or executed;, and
* [[ https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Items | items ]]' [[the UI at https://wwwquery.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Help:Statements | statements ]] are not editable.
Please can this be remedied?
These issues appear to make Wikidata an exception among Wikimedia Foundation wikis, as most or all of the other wikis degrade gracefully in virtually all important respects for users without _javascript_. (Thank you, WMF, for all those great resources!)
N.B. I know that auto-completion will not be available without _javascript_. That is fine: I don't need it does not load, as I can copy/paste identifiers/etc as needed.
Possibly related: T135002 T163313and queries cannot be entered or executed.
