TASK DESCRIPTION

Some broken constraint parameters have been fixed since the last constraint table update (not to mention regular updates to the constraint templates, which users have asked for several times as well). We should do another update.

Instructions:

  1. Create constraints from templates
  2. Then import generated file to constraint table:
php maintenance/runScript.php extensions/Constraints/maintenance/UpdateConstraintsTable.php --csv-file <path_to_csv_file>
