I don't believe we should do this. Either it is a constraint or it isn't. If we show them in some places but not in others we are going to run into problems. What we will do is make the distinction between mandatory and non-mandatory constraints. The non-mandatory ones will get a considerably less pestering icon so that this is less in-your-face.
As for the unique value constraint: The constraint should take the rank into account and only one of the identifiers have highest rank.
