TASK DESCRIPTION

The query service currently returns a generic TimeoutException instead of a QueryTimeoutException on timeout. The GUI needs to be updated to still show the right message on timeouts. (See T173368: Update SparqlHelper timeout detection for a related change in the WikibaseQualityConstraints extension.)
