TASK DESCRIPTION
After T162244: [Story] Search index 10,000 article placeholders on cywiki for testing and evaluation purposes and T144592: Search index a limited number of article placeholders on cywiki for testing and evaluation purposes (which had quite limited impact only), we like to expand the cywiki indexing to all placeholders.
Assigning to Lydia, as she will check if there are any objections from the community.
Also, do we need T162124: Not-notable placeholders should not be indexable by search engines solved before doing this?
