My bad... There is now a role::wdqs::labs class that can be applied on VMs on Horizon. This class includes everything in the role::wdqs except the few things that should not be enabled in WMCS. I already applied the class an ran puppet. There is still an error, since blazegraph is not installed in the same directory as production, the /srv/wdqs directory does not exist. Would it make sense to align this as well? Otherwise, you can either create the directory manually (not good), or I can add its creation in the role (a bit ugly, but better). Sadly, recursive directory creation is a pain in puppet...
