CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION
English Wikipedia and other wikipedias use authority control template for displaying data from wikidata or other sources.
Issue
The template has to be added manually to all the pages. If there are authority links, the template is used, if there are not, the template is simply not visible.
Solution
Rather than adding it manually to all pages, This template should be visible on all pages which have some value for authority controlit would be good to make it a core a component and get rid of the hassle. There might be multiple ways to get this done but a good one seems to be the one which was adopted to convert Interwiki links (languages) to a core moduleA similar approach was adopted for the interwiki language links.
