The issue with the permission to add a lexeme (and to edit it in general) only allowed to logged-in users has been fixed. Thanks @Ladsgroup for help with this.
Another issue discovered immediately after fixing it. When submitting NewLexeme form the following error message appears:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getSerialization() on a non-object in /var/www/html/extensions/WikibaseLexeme/src/View/LexemeView.php on line 106
