TASK DESCRIPTION

As an editor I want to see changes done on Lexeme pages in my watchlist and recent changes so I can follow what other editors are doing in order to spot vandalism and mistakes.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Any edit that can be made on a Lexeme leads to an entry in recent changes and watchlist.
  • The watchlist and recent changes entry behave in the same way as the ones made for edits on items.
