TASK DESCRIPTION

Currently, if I add a person's awards to her/his Wikidata item, I must watch to put them in ordinal scale. Many templates load their parameters from Wikidata, so there are many articles on Hungarian Wikipedia there the awards aren't in ordinal scale (but they should be). Furthermore, it makes very hard to fix them because most of the time I have to delete and re-add them.

Example: a person has won an award (A, B, C, D, E) year by year. Let's suppose that I forgot the first award, so the Wikidata item looks like this:

B (2001)
C (2002)
D (2003)
E (2004)

Now, if I want to add A (2000), I have to delete all of them, put 'A' to the first place and then add the others. It's very uncomfortable and if the item has many awards, no one will do that (an example, when the the person has more than 10 awards).

In my opinion, the best solution would be that if (after saving) Wikidata automatically sort them, from the oldest date to the newest. It could be resolve the problem, which affects many properties (e.g. award received, educated at, spouse etc.). Is it possible?
