TASK DESCRIPTION
Due to the effects of T180048, by the time wikidata RDF dump finishes it is already Thursday. Downloading and munging it also takes several hours, which means if I want to reload data in WDQS, I have to do it on Friday - thus violating the rule of "no deploys on Friday" - or delay the deployment by three days, thus making the dump be a week out of date and slowing down the whole catch-up process significantly.
I propose to shift the starting point on Wikidata dump by three days - instead of starting them on Monday, start them on Friday, thus giving it a good chance of finishing on Monday and have a full work week to work with the fresh dump.
