TASK DESCRIPTION
We want to have the ability to alias namespaces so that request to /bigdata/namespace/FOO/sparql would actually be directed to /bigdata/namespace/BAR/sparql. This would allow to seamlessly reload namespaces by loading into separate NS and then switch an alias, for example.
