Finally I think this one actually fixes the underlying issue here:
When stopping one of the wikibase containers and restarting it, install.php would attempt to run again and things would break / you would see errors (I managed to reproduce this).
Apparently I actually havn't used the same container twice before....
Could you let me know if the latest builds of the images work? :)
I just discovered another issue @ T182394
But as long as you make an edit before stopping the container that wouldn't be an issue.
