We're currently figuring out the dates for roll-out of phase 2 on the Wikipedias. We still need to get feedback on that from a few people who need to approve them. None have been set for phase 3 yet. For phase 2 though: You've seen that recent deployments have been pretty speedy so please bear with us. Things will happen as soon as they can.
