Since Wikidata is going to be implemented on every Wikimedia's project,
in accordance to this (quick) rfc
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_comment/Wikidata_rollout_and_interwiki_bots
interwikibots that are still adding interwikilinks to any wikipedia
language project will be temporary disabled by stewards. Owners will be
able to re-enable their bots simply asking on
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRG or on the irc.
