Not yet, it's being tracked in bugzilla ( https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47288). I had created https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Templates_using_data_from_Wikidata a while back, but that depends on people categorizing the templates accordingly.
