I took a look at that and was concerned about the plan to release a future
data dump in the RDF/XML format.
Most people these days think of RDF/XML as obsolete and the future is in the
Turtle family of languages. RDF/XML has various problems: it can't express
all legal RDF statements and it is also difficult for humans and computers
to parse. If you look at an N-Triples file you see triples, but you often
have to think hard to see the triples in an RDF/XML file.

Any idea if there is already some RDF dump of Wikidata or when will be
available for download?
Please take a look at
http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikidata-l/2013-May/002211.html
and you can subscribe to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/47714
(I think that's all still accurate. someone will correct me if not)
