I'm including Robert S in this email, in Pennsylvania, who has expressed interest in helping to develop WUaS in Wikidata, in a previous Wikidata email. WUaS is seeking high school applicants (12th graders in English) this autumn 2013 to matriculate for online, MIT OCW-centric, Creative Commons' licensed (so free), university degrees at WUaS in autumn 2014 - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Admissions_at_World_University_and_School . WUaS received the 'green light' from the state of California to begin accrediting on MIT OCW in video - http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/audio-video-courses/ - in English, and then in many languages and countries.
