Though I am not against this, I would like to keep the removal of
categories, superseded by other thongs provided by Wikidata, still as an
hypothesis.

Wikidata is a major step in our history, and it is likely to have so many
effects that we can only discover with time. Still, a large part of our
communities still has to adapt to this, and my fear is that, if someone of
us starts talking about how categories are useless right now because of
Wikidata, we will face a huge flame about this.

Please do not read my words as a {{strong oppose}} to the possibility to
move to a "better" system, rather as an advice on being very thoughtful
about this.
