Hello, I try to get all properties P31 "is instance of" by using Magnus Wikidata query [1]. This was not successfully at different days. I need it to update my geocoordinates projects Wikipedia-world[2] and it was working in May 2014.
I think data access is also important for other projects and I see no alternative, so somebody should work on this problem with high priority.
