This will help with "male" and "female" not showing up among the top suggestions. Previously we ranked by number of sitelinks. We will change this to the maximum of sitelinks and labels. So if an item has labels in many languages but no sitelinks like "male" and "female" it will still show up high in the suggestions. This can be invoked on the wikis that have arbitrary access enabled by using {{#property:P123|from=Q42}}.
