I thought we decided you would make a proposal to the mailing list first? From the last joint meeting of WMF and Wikidata, the action item for this topic was, in sum: "further discussion on the list" see: http://etherpad.wmflabs.org/pad/p/Wikidata I may have missed something as I'm not on wikidata-intern (which isn't where this should have happened), but the only message on this topic that I saw since the meeting on July 11th was the one which you replied to here that was sent only 2 days ago (July 15th). > DataTypes has now been removed from DataValues and resides in its own git > repo. This will need to be held into account for the next WD deployment. Duly noted, Chad (who saw this message before me) has informed Reedy. Next time you make changes that will affect deployments if we don't know about them, please do send emails specifically to myself, Reedy, and robla (just in case). While we're all usually up to date on mailing list reading, it isn't the most dependable. Luckily we have our regularly scheduled call tomorrow morning before the deploy happens to discuss any issues this might create and/or address. Thanks!
