Hey everyone, For writing our PubSubHubbub extension we need to handle a special case when a page is in fact not a MediaWiki article but instead a Wikibase entity. Is there a programmatic way to figure out, whether Wikibase is installed? The idea is to then use NamespaceUtils the same way Wikibase does to figure out what type the page is. Is this the best way to do that?
