Then we are nearly fine. Comparing debian testing with

$ aptitude show php-doctrine-dbal |grep Version
Version: 2.4.2-4

That fullfills "doctrine/dbal": "~2.4".


$ aptitude show php-symfony-console |grep Version
Version: 2.3.1+dfsg-1

This is a bit behind "symfony/console": "~2.4". No newer version
available in debian, yet. Which can be changed.
