Hi, I think the instructions have changed recently (or perhaps not that recently). Previously you needed to pass the site as a parameter to the munge script with something like
`./munge.sh -f librarybase-rdf-20160526.rdf -d . -- -w librarybase.wmflabs.org` If (as in my case) your alternative Wikibase install is at librarybase.wmflabs.org. I haven't tried this with the latest code but I would imagine this is what you need to do. I'll try and find time to confirm if this is the case (and then we can update the docs).
