Hello Max,

Most of Wikidata items content is not stored in the SQL database.
There is a SPARQL endpoint called the "Wikidata Query Service" that
allows to do such queries easily.

For example here is the query that allows to get the number of quality
article per wiki: http://tinyurl.com/ydz56lnb
