Dimitris, Nemo and Wikidatans,

What is Wikidata / Wikipedia planning for template statistics in these
regards for between all ~ 300 Wikipedia languages (and even potentially for
all 7,938+ languages)? And in what ways might the Wikimedia Foundation act
as an umbrella organization to track related statistics between all
Wikimedia "assets"?
