Lucie, that looks great! Will it work for paintings? If so I would be interested in using it for both the English Wikipedia and on Commons for use with catalogs of paintings. On English Wikipedia I provide a link to the Wikidata item for the painting, but I think directing the user to the article placeholder would be more user friendly.
