Ok search integration should be fixed now.
I see a link at the very end of https://eo.wikipedia.org/?search=Paolo+Monti (not so convenient; using right side, as for the interwiki search results, may have been better) but nothing with phrase search, after the 3 full text matches. https://eo.wikipedia.org/?search="Paolo+Monti";
