Hello All Together with a group of researchers of the University of Southampton, we would like to set a data quality framework for Wikidata. Such a framework would allow to understand what the main quality issues underlying Wikidata are, what Wikidata can be used for, and what it ultimately aims at. In addition, it could be successively used for a large scale evaluation of Wikidata.
I have spent the last three weeks at Wikimedia Germany, where I benefitted of the help and of the advice of the Wikimedia developers to draw up a draft of this quality framework, which has been already published as a Request for Comment and advertised on the Project Chat page.
