Hi Iván,

Great to hear you want to run your own Wikibase installation. It
shouldn't matter if you run them separately or together. wikidata.org
itself is a repo and a client.
When you're further ahead I'd love to see what you're building and get
your feedback on using Wikibase so we can improve it.
