Hello Christopher, Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, most of the url shorteners are blocked on the wiki, and I can't make a separate version for the mails. However, the Foundation has a project to host our own url shortener. Once this is ready, we will use it for the query service and also in the weekly summary.
