Much simpler than all of that. My point is that pages like https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q44461, don't have any DBpedia cross references in the Identifiers section. Once those relations are added to Wikidata I would expect DBpedia URIs to simply show up in he pages emitted by Wikidata tools (e.g., Reasonator, Squid etc..).
