In my last email regarding Law properties, I noticed that we have many very
specific properties, but only a handful of generic properties, probably for
good reason. But there are semantic use cases to group together conceptual
properties that adhere to a parent concept.

Is there a property that groups or clusters properties themselves ?

Say that I want to cluster or group together properties that exhibit a
form of "Applies".

"applies to territorial jurisdiction"
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1001

"applies to part"
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P518

"applies to taxon"
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P2352

So besides "See also" https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1659
and "subject item of this property"
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1629 ...

What else is available to help group or cluster properties ?
