Hello Finn, At leas one of the reasons the WHGI results you are getting are different from SPARQL is that the CSV you are using from figshare is out of date (circa 2016). You could find the latest data also on the WHGI site [1], which would give 12050(female)/70337(total). Of course we are using different paths to analyse the data (dumps vs. live database) so there may be other reasons they don't match.
