The sparql query :
select ?redirect ?target {
?redirect owl:sameAs ?target .
}
is very close to timeout but still works with the public wikidata query
service :
https://query.wikidata.org/#select%20%3Fredirect%20%3Ftarget%20%7B%0A%20%20%3Fredirect%20owl%3AsameAs%20%3Ftarget%20.%0A%7D
