I am sorry for the last mail I sent but it seems I mix up wikipedia and wikidata. it is wikipedia now which put me my discussion on google chrome about a paper https://www.osti.gov/biblio/4761838 <https://www.osti.gov/biblio/4761838> which is completly obsolete.
