incorporate learning outcomes and performence criteria (Curriulum/ Syllabus
criteria) within wiki educator then link to Teacher handouts/ lesson plans/
activity sheets.

--OK will do. There are a myriad of things  to discuss, , in terms of
prevailing mindsets I expect issues with copyright, business models  and the
potential to resolve with creative commons licencing will loom large  as I
advocate wikieducator. :-/
