Hi Derek - If we don't find an easy solution for bulk uploading of images - I'm more than happy to provide a little funding support (possibly a stipend for students) to assist existing wikis who would like to migrate to WikiEd. Building a free curriculum is a big task and we need all the help we can get!
It seems to me that our critical mass in WikiEd can help smaller projects achieve their goals - without compromising their specific content objectives. Together we can achieve so much more.
