I think it is important to give attribution and recognition to people
who donate their learning materials - particularly at this relatively
early stage of WikiEducator's development (and especially if they
aren't really familiar with WikiEducator culture). My personal
experience - evolving as I am in this domain - I am much more ready to
provide my time, knowledge, etc. now that I understand what it's all
about.

For people that we are asking for donating their learning materials -
and inviting them into our community - I think we have to be true to
our values, but at the same time - approach them where they are at. If
THEY want attribution / recognition for their works (and it doesn't
encumber WikiEducator in doing so), then I am inclined to do so.
