I've just made up some very basic instructions for my staff on using
open office to create their content, etc.

Thought I might as well add it to the Wikieducator tutorials.  It's a
bit rough, and needs some work, but it's a starting point at least.
So here it is.  If anyone's interested please jump in & polish away.
I think this might turn into a fairly popular tutorial.

I've placed it in the quickstart section for now, as this seems a bit
less structured than the tutorial list on the left side of the help
