Consider also creating a template page that contains the following: a
link back to an organizational page, a category as suggested by
James. If you make the category page your central, organizational
page, then any page added using your template will automatically be
added to your organizational page.

I use a template page:
http://www.wikieducator.org/Template:BioElSchool_page_maker
with pre-loaded content that is called up when a user chooses to start
a page from my contributor's page:
http://www.wikieducator.org/Contributors_page.
The individual users then modify the content as meets their goals.

All resulting pages are automatically listed here:
http://www.wikieducator.org/Category:Biology_in_elementary_schools and
also here: http://www.wikieducator.org/Category:Developed_for_third_grade
(because I happen to be working on third grade at the moment). All
pages also include a template: http://www.wikieducator.org/Template:BES
which can easily be modified to instantly add or remove features to
all pages. There are probably better ways to set it up, but this
works for me.

I'm currently working with 36 students and I'd never find their work
without these tools.

I'm new at this wiki stuff since January 07, and the more I ask
questions, the more I find the community has answers. Previously in
wikia I had a lot of help from that community also.

Cheers,
Declan
