I'm about to embark on creating some 3 - 5 minute multimedia elements for the CCNC project (http://www.wikieducator.org/CCNC) within WE. I'd like these elements to encourage reuse. I believe reuse would be encouraged if the multimedia element is accompanied by a storyboard, transcripts, footage, etc. See the stealthisfilm project for ideas of where I am coming from; http://knowfuture.wordpress.com/2008/05/22/httpfootagestealthisfilmcom/
Does WE already have such guidelines beyond what has been started within CCNC? http://www.wikieducator.org/Specifications_for_multimedia_development/MM_SB Or does anyone have suggestions for a good set of guidelines I could use for reference?
