If all this is too technical for ya, quick and dirty ways are to try making a screenrecording of the playing video... either:
- with screen recording software like Camstudio (free to windows only) - by sending the signal to a camera through a computer's SVideo line - or just by recording the screen with a camera on a tripod I did say quick and dirty.
