You might check out the K12 Open Dictionary builder at 
http://dictionary.k12opened.com.
Under "Experimental features," there is a glossary builder that can
export as html, rtf, wikitext, Mobipocket ebooks, PPT, etc.

Many math terms are already in the dictionary. If you want any help
with words that aren't in, you can email us a list, and we'll
prioritize them for completion.

Also, if you have any suggestions for new features, we'd love to hear
them. (We are working on adding the ability to save glossaries. In the
meantime, I just save a comma-delimited list in a text file offline.)
