Hi Decclan,

I've taken your lead, to create a template for L4C workshop facilitators -
an "Email_confirm_nav"

When I've facilitated, the #1 reason for folks not "getting the WikiEducator
experience" is not being able to complete the account registration process.

So, what I've done, is create a template, with specific directions about
what to do, on their User Page. When they have Confirmed their Email
Address, I simply remove the template.... and they, well, they're off to the
races! :-)
