Hi Nellie, Good questions!
The target population are all educators who are interested in working towards a sustainable OER ecosystem in achieving the vision of free educational resources in support of all national curricula -- a bold but meaningful task. With the evolution of WikiEducator, over time multiple discussion avenues have evolved, for example: * The main WIkiEducator list on google groups * Discussion/talk pages in Wikieducator.org * The brain storming page on Wikieducator.com * Dedicated pages in WE focused on our future strategy -- eg http://www.wikieducator.org/WikiEducator:WikiEducator_3.0 * Individual discussions that WikiEducators have on Skype, personal email and telephone conversations. * Postings in the blogsphere I agree -- it would be great if all discussions took place in one place -- but hey -- this is the world of networked education and we're an open community -- it's the wiki way :-). Over time the processes of self-organisation will converge and I know that our ultimate path will be richer for the experience.
